perma HEAVY DUTY KITS

perma Heavy Duty Installation Kits for perma Star Vario single point lubricators are designed to be mounted using either 30mm or 65mm beam clamps.  The Heavy Duty design incorporates a C-Section bracket to provide protection to lubricators and to avoid contamination build-up in the most extreme conditions.

The Heavy Duty configuration has been specifically designed for use in coal preparation plants in high washdown areas, on equipment such as slurry pumps and electric motors.

The installation kits contain the parts required for typical installations.  perma Star Vario lubricators are not included in the installation kits.  Lubricators are supplied separately to allow for site specific grease types.

• Assembly screws and set screws
• Manual purge attachments
• Lubricator covers
• Elbows and reducers
• Grease line (2 meters per point)
• Grease line hose ends
